One beautiful day we decided to go to a nearby "reserve" and go hiking. We had a great time. Seth kept saying "oh no" when he'd see a tree that had fallen in the woods, which was about every few seconds =) He especially loved the river (or "bathy" as he called it) and we probably could have stayed there all day while he threw rocks in it.
The password is "river."

Kyle reminds me of "Bill Nye, the science guy." He always has these little experiments, etc. to show our niece Elli (and Seth). This was a "solar bag" that looks like a giant sausage. It's like a flimsy garbage bag that you fill with a little bit of air from a fan, and then close up the end and the warmth of the sun heats the air and makes the bag "grow" and float around like a kite. pretty crazy!
This was a really cool park that my sister-in-law Lori brought us to last month. I wanted to bring Seth again when Kyle could be there, so we went one night and let Seth play in the giant sand box. We got a pizza and ate supper on the grass, and then played. Kyle and I were playing on the "toys" and I totally fell backwards off of this spinny thing while holding Seth. I fell flat on my back with Seth laying right on top of me. haha (don't worry, we were fine.) Must have been a funny site for the people there to see! sorry i don't have a pic =) Here are a few pics of the sandbox, and Seth realizing sand doesn't taste too good!

Such a fun summer indeed with this little guy. He is a lot of fun to be around. Fun times!
